The first time I saw this Rachel Pally dress was a few months ago @ my favorite local boutique NKY Collections. I must say I contemplated buying the dress for a long time, but a few weeks ago I finally went in and tried it on and completely fell in utter love. Of course I had to purchase it right then and there. This dress makes such statement I decided to skip on the accessories and just let the dress shine. This is one of those dresses I will love for a very long time.
